We’ve been designing professional sites since 1999 and our results speak for themselves. Over the years we've developed a proven discovery process that empowers our designers to deliver quality design for every client.

When you order Custom Xpress, your first step will be completing the online discovery process. To the right is a screen shot showing a few of the questions you'll complete. This document is simple and streamlined, yet it's a powerful tool designed to get us the exact information we need to create your design. It may take you a while to fully complete the document. That's ok. You can even save your work and come back as many times as needed. This is the most important step in our process and the more information you provide us the better our designs will match your organization.

30 DAY WARRANTY

All Xpress services come with a 30 day warranty. For 30 days following delivery, we will correct any design issues with the following exceptions:

  1. If the designs have been modified in any way from the originals we delivered, we will not troubleshoot the design. Instead, we will revert the design back to the originals we delivered, overwriting any changes you may have made to the design since delivery. Once we are back to the original designs, we will troubleshoot issues if they exist.
  2. We will not troubleshoot any issue that is outside the scope of the Xpress service provided.
  3. We will not troubleshoot issues involving minor variations across browsers. Different browsers cannot always provide pixel-perfect accuracy and some minor variance is normal. Major browser issues will be corrected. Determining whether a browser issue is major or minor will be at our discretion.
